This how-to is going to be using the Ron’s editor CSV editor to create a basic profile CSV. If you do not know what a CSV file is, in basic terms it is a spreadsheet. You can find more information on what CSV files are here. The process will be relatively the same no matter what CSV editor you use.

  1. There are 3 required columns when creating a profile CSV, so let's start by creating three new cells.

  1. Required column headers, as specified in the documentation here, can be added to the three created columns in any order; Jancy identifies them by name.

  1. With the required columns set, add profiles to the CSV. Use the first row for column headers and fill subsequent cells with the desired information. To add a profile, insert a new row below the headers.
